Refund Policy

At Romora, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes products may not meet expectations, and we want to make your experience as easy and transparent as possible. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund, replacement, or exchange for items purchased from our store.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • You must submit a return request within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must not be damaged or altered

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) must be provided

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Incorrect returns (items not purchased from Romora)


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/videos clearly showing the issue

  • Keep the original packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost once the claim is reviewed and approved.


3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Notify us immediately

  • Provide pictures of the received product
    We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.


4. Return Process

Step 1 – Submit a Request

Email info@romora.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Step 2 – Approval

Our team will review and send return instructions.

Step 3 – Shipping the Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrectly sent.

Step 4 – Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom/modified products

  • Used interior accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Installed car parts

  • Gift cards


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company

  • Contact your bank

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. For size or color changes, a return + repurchase may be required.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
After shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.


9. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds for customers who consistently misuse our return system or engage in fraudulent claims.
